We have had great success over the past several years working for area homeowners by providing complete interior and exterior home renovations, increasing the property's value and insuring a job well done for second homeowners.
Our Property Management Services include:
- House Checking: You select if you'd like your property checked twice or three times a week – three times being most commom during the winter months. Checking will become more frequent if windy, or below zero weather is encountered (at Homestead's descretion).
- Hot Tub Maintenance: We check the chemicals weekly, change filters monthly (or more often if needed) and work closely with a spa specialist for any necessary repairs.
- Service Coordination: We are also in a position to assist in renovating, repairing, replacing or upgrading various components of your property. Typical things we are asked to coordinate range from changing locks, light fixtures, appliance repairs, furnaces, leaking roofs, or alarm systems. If you wish us to take care of these requests for you, we'd be happy to do so. We will contact the appropriate servicemen, make all arrangements, meet with them on site, assist as needed and follow-up to make sure things are completed as expected. We do charge for this additional service based upon how involved the particular project is.
Snow Removal

- Driveway Plowing and Sanding
- Shoveling: Walkways, Doorways, Porches, Patios, Decks and Roofs
